Our diagnostic approach
We start with the symptoms, the conditions, and the history. Then we read module-level codes with European-capable equipment, reproduce the issue where possible, and walk you through what we are seeing and why. We do not throw parts at a problem to make a light go away.
What you can expect
A written diagnostic finding, a clear estimate of any recommended repair, and a conversation about priority. If your vehicle is safe to drive while you decide, we will tell you. If it is not, we will tell you that too.
